- The training of your puppy starts from when you get them home. The behaviours that you allow and encourage now will set up patterns for the rest of their life.
- It is really important to socialise your pet as much as you can in the first 16 weeks of their life.
- If you would like more detailed help with behaviour problems you can phone and speak to one of our nurses, or also try contacting Sarah from The Canine Perspective
- Puppy Preschool plays an important role in the socialisation of your puppy. They are often held in veterinary clinics with a group of puppies that all have a similar vaccination status. It is a great way of meeting other puppies in a controlled environment and also allowing your puppy to have a positive experience in the clinic. If you are interested in puppy preschool talk to either Robyn, Sam or Kylie Dunstan about it.
